L'attività di gelateria è stata creata nel 2009 a Bouvresse. Abbiamo sviluppato ogni ricetta con passione, senza coloranti, conservanti o iniezione d'aria. Non ci sono nemmeno aromi sintetici.
Da ottobre 2018, siamo installati a Grandvilliers, i nostri gelati sono prodotti con il latte biologico del GAEC ROOSE della Haute Epine.
Oggi siamo 6 persone, versatili nell'attività e nella formazione. Qualunque sia il contatto o la fase della nostra collaborazione, avrete a che fare con una persona che sa come fare per rispondere a tutte le domande che porrete.
