Il Pays des Hautes terres Corréziennes et de Ventadour appartiene alla rete delle Città e dei Paesi d'Arte e di Storia. Dal 2011 si impegna a promuovere il patrimonio in tutta la sua diversità, attraverso azioni di sensibilizzazione alla storia, al paesaggio e all'architettura. Durante tutto l'anno, gli organizzatori propongono visite, conferenze, laboratori e mostre per scoprire la Haute-Corrèze. Vengono inoltre proposte attività specifiche per i giovani per far conoscere loro il territorio: cacce al tesoro, indagini, passeggiate, ecc
Presso gli uffici turistici e sul sito web sono disponibili opuscoli di scoperta che vi aiuteranno a scoprire da soli le città e i monumenti emblematici della regione.
