Come restituire nobiltà a Place Godefroy de Bouillon ? La sfida era duplice: da un lato, liberare questa elegante piazza dai suoi veicoli antiestetici , e dall'altro, renderla un luogo attraente, rispettando al contempo i vincoli legati al carattere storico del luogo. Questa è la sfida che la città di Boulogne-sur-Mer ha raccolto creando ogni anno una sorpresa attorno al suo giardino temporaneo.
Il primo è nato nel 2007 con Recpot – Verts Seaux. L'inizio di una serie di incontri attesi con ansia dagli abitanti e dai turisti di Boulogne, alcuni dei quali addirittura intraprendono il viaggio appositamente per scoprire un ambiente verde sempre originale e sorprendente.
Da fine giugno a metà ottobre viene inaugurato al pubblico un giardino temporaneo di fronte al municipio .
