Nei padiglioni si trovano bancarelle che vendono pesce e frutta freschi (come a La Pescaria ), frutta e verdura di agricoltori locali, formaggi, salumi, olive, miele, erbe aromatiche, fiori, panetterie e pasticcerie artigianali, piatti pronti, socca, focaccia, quiche, ravioli nizzardi e molto altro.
