Potten End è un villaggio nella parte ovest dell'Hertfordshire, Inghilterra. Si trova nelle Chiltern Hills, a due miglia a est-nord-est di Berkhamsted, a tre miglia a nord-ovest di Hemel Hempstead e a due miglia a sud-est della tenuta del National Trust di Ashridge. I villaggi vicini includono Nettleden, Great Gaddesden e il borgo di Frithsden. Il Consiglio Parrocchiale congiunto per Nettleden e Potten End CP amministra sotto il Dacorum Borough Council.
Il nome del villaggio deriva dalla forma precedente "Pottern" che si riferisce a un luogo dove venivano fatti vasi e ceramiche. "End" è un termine antico comune nell'Hertfordshire che definisce qualsiasi insediamento periferico in un angolo remoto di una parrocchia o di un maniero.
