L'ospedale della Contea di Tyrone era un ospedale e la principale struttura sanitaria a Omagh, nella Contea di Tyrone, Irlanda del Nord. L'ospedale occupava lo stesso sito nella città dal 1899 fino alla chiusura ai nuovi pazienti il 20 giugno 2017, quando fu sostituito dal nuovo Ospedale di Omagh e Complesso di Assistenza Primaria.
L'ospedale ha le sue origini in un'infermeria aperta in Market Street a Omagh nel 1796. L'ospedale si trasferì in un nuovo sito su Hospital Road nel 1899. Un centro post laurea per studenti della Queen's University di Belfast fu aperto da Richard Needham nel luglio 1988 e una nuova unità renale seguì nell'agosto 1989.
