Island Bridge è un ponte stradale che attraversa il fiume Liffey, a Dublino, in Irlanda, che unisce il South Circular Road a Conyngham Road al Phoenix Park.
Island Bridge e l'area circostante prendono il nome dall'isola formata qui dalla creazione di una corsa d'acqua verso la sponda destra, mentre il corso principale scorre verso sinistra. Il fiume Camac emerge da un tunnel più a valle verso la stazione ferroviaria di Dublino Heuston.
