Borgo San Dalmazzo è un comune italiano di 12 436 abitanti della provincia di Cuneo in Piemonte. Faceva parte della Comunità montana Valle Stura, fino allo scioglimento di quest'ultima ed è storicamente uno dei poli italiani dell'allevamento di lumache a scopo alimentare.
Il comune è situato a sud-ovest di Cuneo e si estende sull'altipiano delimitato dagli alvei dei fiumi Stura di Demonte e Gesso . Il centro storico è situato ai piedi della collina di Monserrato, all'altezza della confluenza tra i torrenti Gesso e Vermenagna, rispetto ai quali si trova sulla sinistra orografica, mentre si trova invece sulla destra orografica della Stura di Demonte.
