Il paese di Arsiè si trova in una piana circondata da montagne a Nord del Lago del Corlo, un lago artificiale creato nel 1954 per la produzione di energia elettrica, sbarrando il torrente Cismon.
Il territorio del comune comprende i seguenti monti: Monte Novegno, Col del Gallo, Cima di Lan, Cima Campo; una parte del territorio si estende lungo le pendici del Monte Grappa.
