Corfinio è un comune italiano di 978 abitanti della provincia dell'Aquila in Abruzzo. Fa parte dell'unione dei comuni Terre dei Peligni.
In epoca antica fu abitata dai Peligni e durante la guerra sociale del 91-88 a.C. divenne capitale della Lega italica, venendo ribattezzata "Italica".
