La chiesa di San Bernardino è un luogo di culto cattolico di Verona risalente al XV secolo, parte di un convento francescano costituito, oltre che dal tempio, anche da tre ampi chiostri e vari altri edifici. La chiesa è caratterizzata da numerose cappelle riccamente decorate con affreschi e tele di pittori locali, attivi per lo più nel XVI secolo, quali Francesco Benaglio, il Cavazzola, Nicola Giolfino, Francesco Bonsignori, Domenico Morone, Giovan Francesco Caroto, Antonio Badile, Bernardino India e il più tardo Antonio Balestra; una di queste, cappella Pellegrini, fu progettata dal noto architetto veronese Michele Sanmicheli, occupa un posto fondamentale nella storia dell'architettura italiana.
