La chiesa di Sant'Isidoro Agricola , edificata nel 1666 sulla casa natale del Beato, era, come quella di Sant'Alberto, già chiusa alla fine degli anni '30.
Piccola solo in apparenza, perché l'interno nasconde manufatti e materiali di pregio.
La chiesa è stata riaperta nel 2010 . Ciò è diventato possibile grazie ad esso il progetto “Montagna del Signore” . Si tratta di un progetto di recupero del patrimonio artistico della città di Erice. Un piccolo contributo chiesto ai visitatori sotto forma di card ha permesso di salvare le chiese secolari.
