De kerk van Sant'Isidoro Agricola, gebouwd in 1666 op het huis waar de Gezegende werd geboren, was, net als die van Sant'Alberto, al eind jaren dertig gesloten.
Alleen qua uiterlijk klein, omdat het interieur waardevolle artefacten en materialen verbergt.
In 2010 werd de kerk opnieuw geopend. Dit werd mogelijk dank zij het het project "the Mountain of the Lord". Dit is een project om het artistieke erfgoed van de stad Erice te herstellen. Een kleine bijdrage die van bezoekers werd gevraagd in de vorm van een kaartje maakte het mogelijk om de eeuwenoude kerken te redden.
