Col nome di Territorio di Memel è stata definita nel periodo 1919-1939 la fascia settentrionale della Prussia Orientale passata dalla Germania alla Lituania in seguito alla prima guerra mondiale ed oggetto di rivendicazioni tedesche fino alla sua riannessione al Reich nel 1939.
Dal 1946, l'ex Territorio di Memel fa di nuovo parte della Lituania ed è diviso tra la contea di Klaipėda e quella di Tauragė.
