La Brouwersgracht è un canale di Amsterdam che collega il Singel con il Singelgracht. Il canale segna il confine nord-ovest della cintura di canali. Tra la Prinsengracht e il Singelgracht, la Brouwersgracht costituisce il confine settentrionale di Jordaan.
La numerazione della Lijnbaansgracht, della Prinsengracht, della Keizersgracht, della Herengracht e del Singel inizia a partire dalla Brouwersgracht. Tra Brouwersgracht n. 62 e n. 68, presso il West-Indisch Huis, si trova la Herenmarkt.
