La Vilt è un'area naturale che si trova tra Oeffelt e Beugen nella provincia olandese del Brabante Settentrionale. Ha una superficie di 154 ettari ed è di proprietà della Fondazione Brabants Landschap.
L'area comprende un antico meandro del Mosa che, nel periodo compreso tra il 1000 a.C. e il 9000 a.C., è stato separato dal corso d'acqua ed è quindi unico nel Brabante Settentrionale. Altri meandri del Mosa sono stati, infatti, nel XX secolo, tagliati lungo un percorso artificiale.
