Das Vilt ist ein Naturgebiet, das sich zwischen Oeffelt und Beugen in der niederländischen Provinz Noord-Brabant befindet. Es hat eine Fläche von 154 ha und gehört der Stiftung Brabants Landschap.
Das Gebiet umfasst eine alte Maasschleife, die in den Jahrhunderten zwischen 1000 v.Chr. und 9000 v.Chr. vom Strom abgetrennt wurde und somit einzigartig in Noord-Brabant ist. Andere Maas-Schleifen wurden im 20. Jahrhundert auf künstliche Weise abgetrennt.
