Il Giardino del Castello di Oud-Valkenburg apre la sua stagione mercoledì 29 aprile 2026. Domenica 4 ottobre è l'ultimo giorno della stagione e anche il Giorno dei Mulini Limburgo. Ora aperto anche il lunedì di Pentecoste 25 maggio.
Il giardino è composto da un giardino didattico con antiche verdure, colture agricole, angolo ecologico, antiche varietà di mele, erbe, un'apicoltura, un antico forno a legna e uno stagno. Inoltre, c'è un giardino di erbe Olandesi con erbe medicinali e da cucina.
Inoltre, presso il giardino si trova il mulino ad acqua (Sjloensmeule) e all'interno del mulino è allestita un'esposizione permanente. Per i bambini è disponibile una caccia al tesoro gratuita.
