La grotta di Lourdes si trova sul pendio del Couberg dietro a una grande piazza con panchine. È una copia esatta dell'originale in Francia.
La grotta è stata scavata nel 1926 su iniziativa del parroco Hermans secondo un progetto di J. Ras. Nel 1929 fu costruita la sacrestia in pietra dura e la relativa chiosco per la vendita di articoli religiosi, secondo un progetto dell'architetto Dils. La statua di Bernadette, realizzata nell'atelier di Linssen, è stata creata nel 1934. J. Eymael ha realizzato il pulpito a destra dell'altare.
La grotta è stata scavata nel muro di Gesso. Nel muro sopra la grotta c'è una statua di Maria, a destra della grotta c'è un pulpito. A sinistra della grotta si trovano la sacrestia e il chiosco. A sinistra c'è anche la statua di Bernadette.
Nella grotta c'è un altare su una piattaforma di pietra dura con due gradini di accesso. Dietro l'altare c'è la possibilità di accendere candele.
