Die Lourdesgrot liegt am Hang des Coubergs hinter einem weiten Platz mit Sitzbänken. Es ist eine exakte Kopie des Originals in Frankreich.
Die Grotte wurde 1926 auf Initiative von Pfarrer Hermans nach einem Entwurf von J. Ras ausgehauen. 1929 wurde nach einem Entwurf des Architekten Dils die Sakristei aus Hartstein und die dazugehörige Kiosk zum Verkauf religiöser Artikel erbaut. Die Bernadettefigur aus der Werkstatt von Linssen entstand 1934. J. Eymael machte die Kanzel rechts vom Altar.
Die Grotte ist in die Mergelwand gehauen. In der Wand über der Grotte steht eine Marienstatue, rechts von der Grotte eine Kanzel. Links von der Grotte befinden sich die Sakristei und die Kiosk. Auch links steht die Bernadette-Statue.
In der Grotte steht ein Altar auf einer Plattform aus Hartstein mit zwei Zugangsstufen. Hinter dem Altar besteht die Möglichkeit, Kerzen zu entzünden.
