De Witte Molen (noto anche come De Witte Watermolen) è un mulino a grano nel Parco Sonsbeek nella città di Arnhem nella provincia olandese di Gelderland. Intorno al 1470 deve essere stato costruito l'attuale mulino. In origine c'erano vari mulini ad acqua lungo il Sint-Jans o Sonsbeek. De Witte Molen è l'unico mulino produttivo rimasto. Più a monte si trova il non più utilizzato Begijnenmolen, dove è ospitato il Museo dell'Acqua olandese. De Witte Molen è stato accuratamente restaurato nel 1966 e 1967 ed è dotato di tre coppie di macine, di cui due vengono utilizzate per macinare il grano. Un mugnaio professionista mette il mulino in funzione insieme ai volontari diverse volte a settimana.
