Kootstertille è un comune nel comune di Achtkarspelen, nella provincia olandese della Frisia. Sebbene il nome frisone sia ufficialmente Koatstertille, nel linguaggio colloquiale viene spesso utilizzato anche il nome De Tille. Il paese si trova a est della Frisia, circa 15 chilometri a nord di Drachten, tra Twijzel e Drogeham. Kootstertille contava nel 2021 2.425 abitanti. Nel comune rientrano anche le frazioni De Kooten, Monniketille e Opperkooten.
