Spanga è un paese nel comune di Weststellingwerf, nella provincia olandese di Frisia. Si trova a sud-ovest di Wolvega, tra Scherpenzeel e Ossenzijl. Nel 2021 il paese contava 235 abitanti. Ha un piccolo nucleo abitato lungo la Spangahoekweg e una vasta area rurale. Sotto il paese rientra la parte meridionale del villaggio di Gracht. Nel 1320 il luogo è menzionato come Spangghe, nel 1542-1543 come De Spange e Spanghe e nel 1579 come Spange. Durante l'alluvione del 1825, Spanga subì molti danni. Nel 1840 aveva 121 abitanti.
