La chiesa di San Lambertus è la chiesa parrocchiale cattolica di Wouw, nella provincia olandese di Brabant Settentrionale. Si trova in Torenplein 1.
All'inizio del XIII secolo si fece riferimento a una cappella dedicata a Nostra Signora nel bosco. Nel 1270 fu costruita una casa di preghiera in pietra. Durante i lavori di restauro dopo il 1944, sono state ritrovate le fondamenta. Nel 1304 questa chiesa fu elevata a chiesa parrocchiale.
