Il club è stato fondato nel 1919 dopo la scomparsa del predecessore AFC Aalsmeer. Nel 1923 VV Aalsmeer si unì alla Federazione Calcistica di Amsterdam. E cominciò a giocare nella terza categoria. VV Aalsmeer si classificò terzo in quella stagione e poté direttamente promuoversi nella 2ª categoria. Nel 2014 VV Aalsmeer si fusero con Jong Aalsmeer United e RKAV per formare FC Aalsmeer. La prima squadra maschile giocò nell'ultima stagione nella Prima categoria B di sabato Ovest II. Si classificò quattordicesima e ultima. Di conseguenza, la squadra del sabato di FC Aalsmeer parteciperà nella stagione 2014/15 alla Seconda categoria.
