A nord dell'autostrada A12 e attraversato dalla linea ferroviaria Utrecht – Arnhem si trova la tenuta Rijnwijck. A causa della posizione isolata è poco conosciuta e visitata. La villa fu costruita all'inizio del 17° secolo e fu già demolita nel 1867. Ciò che ne resta sono i resti del fossato che circondava l'isola su cui si ergeva la casa. Il legno di frassino è caratteristico della zona lungo il Kromme Rijn, così come nella Tenuta Rijnwijck. Il forte legno di frassino è molto adatto per la realizzazione di manici per attrezzi.
