Maarsbergen è una villa signorile simile a un castello e un dominio situato a Maarsbergen, comune di Utrechtse Heuvelrug nella provincia olandese di Utrecht.
La terra attorno a Maarsbergen era per gran parte di proprietà del feudo cavalleresco di Berne presso Heusden nei primi secoli medievali. Il cavaliere Fulco di Berne ottenne i beni di Maarsbergen quando sposò la figlia del signore di Heusden. Nel 1134, Fulco donò i suoi possedimenti, compreso Maarsbergen, ai monaci Norbertini e il vescovo Andries di Utrecht confermò la fondazione di un'abbazia. Questo monastero fu distrutto nel 1218 e nel 1430 e poi ricostruito, dopodiché servì come residenza per i prelati che affittavano le terre dell'abbazia di Berne. Fu quindi conosciuto come la Casa della Prelatura.
