Mariahout è un villaggio nella provincia olandese di Noord-Brabant, situato nella Meierij di 's-Hertogenbosch. Mariahout è il villaggio più piccolo del comune di Laarbeek. Fino al 1 gennaio 1997 faceva parte del comune di Lieshout. Si trova tra Sint-Oedenrode e Helmond.
Mariahout è un villaggio di bonifica. Dal 1920, le terre incolte nel nord-ovest di Lieshout sono state massicciamente bonificate. La fondazione di molte nuove fattorie ha costituito, insieme con le già esistenti frazioni, la base per una nuova comunità villaggistica. Prima della fondazione del luogo era una brughiera, a cui era associato il nome Ginderdoor. In questa frazione vi era una cappella nel 17° e 18° secolo. Questa era dedicata a Sant'Antonio Abate. È stata demolita poco dopo il 1803.
