Questo percorso inizia alla fermata dei tram 14 e 3 e attraversa il Florapark, lungo il canale Amsterdam-Rijn, attraverso una grande parte della Diemerscheg, comprese le Diemerpolders e la zona ecologica di IJburg. Lungo il cammino molti pecore, uccelli di prato, uccelli acquatici, dighe, argini, case sulle dighe, chiuse, pompe e una fortezza della linea d'acqua olandese. Una passeggiata eccezionalmente verde nella città più affollata dei Paesi Bassi.
