La Masuria è una regione nella Polonia nord-orientale, tra la Vistola e il Baltico, prossima al confine con la Bielorussia, la Lituania e l'oblast di Kaliningrad . Corrisponde all'incirca agli attuali voivodati di Varmia-Masuria e di Podlachia; la principale città è Olsztyn.Molto famosa per la notevole presenza di laghi di origine glaciale e fiumi; inoltre con una notevole presenza di vegetazione autoctona che copre circa il 30% del territorio.
