L'isola Rincon è una piccola isola artificiale di 2,3 acri situata al largo della spiaggia di Rincon nella contea di Ventura, California, su terreni pubblici affittati dalla Commissione per le Terre della California. L'isola si trova a circa 3.000 piedi al largo, in 55 piedi d'acqua. L'isola è stata costruita nel 1958 con lo scopo specifico di perforazione di pozzi e produzione di petrolio e gas. Si trova vicino alle comunità costiere di Mussel Shoals e La Conchita. L'isola è collegata alla terraferma tramite il ponte Richfield.
Le proprietà del bacino di Rincon coprono circa 1.700 acri minerali, inclusa un'isola di 2,3 acri collegata alla terra da un ponte di 2.700 piedi contenente i tubi del gas e del petrolio e facilitando l'accesso veicolare.
