La strage di Ustica è stato un incidente aereo, avvenuto alle 20:59 del 27 giugno 1980 nel Mar Tirreno meridionale, nel tratto compreso tra le isole italiane di Ponza e Ustica.
Vi fu coinvolto il volo di linea IH870 della compagnia aerea Itavia, partito dall'aeroporto di Bologna-Borgo Panigale e diretto all'aeroporto di Palermo-Punta Raisi. La partenza era programmata, come da orario della compagnia Itavia, per le 18:15, ma venne posticipata di quasi due ore a causa dell'arrivo in ritardo dell'aeromobile Douglas DC-9-15 con marche I-TIGI.
