Onze Lieve Vrouw van Meritxell is een Andorrese rooms-katholieke standbeeld dat een verschijning van de Maagd Maria afbeeldt. Onze Lieve Vrouw van Meritxell is de beschermheilige van Andorra. Het originele standbeeld dateert uit de late 12e eeuw. De kapel waarin het zich bevond, brandde echter af op 8 september 1972 en het standbeeld werd vernietigd. Een replica is te vinden in de nieuwe Meritxell-kapel, ontworpen in 1976 door Ricardo Bofill.
De Catalaanse filoloog Joan Coromines zegt dat "Meritxell" een verkleinwoord is van merig, uit het Latijn meridiem. Merig is een naam die door herders wordt gebruikt om een weide met veel zon aan te duiden.
