Vor Frue af Meritxell er en andorransk romersk-katolsk statue, der skildrer en åbenbaring af Jomfru Maria. Vor Frue af Meritxell er Andorras skytshelgen. Den originale statue stammer fra slutningen af det 12. århundrede. Imidlertid brændte kapellet, hvori den befandt sig, ned den 8. september 1972, og statuen blev ødelagt. En kopi kan findes i det nye Meritxell-kapel, designet i 1976 af Ricardo Bofill.
Den katalanske filolog Joan Coromines siger, at "Meritxell" er et diminutiv af merig, fra det latinske meridiem. Merig er et navn, der anvendes af hyrder til at betegne en eng med meget sol.
