Het centraal station in Klagenfurt is een doorvoerstation in de stad Klagenfurt in de Oostenrijkse deelstaat Karinthië en telt met tot 190 treinen per dag tot de belangrijkste verkeersknooppunten in het zuiden van Oostenrijk. In 1863 werd Klagenfurt aangesloten op de Zuidelijke Spoorweg en werd het centrale station Klagenfurt-St. Ruprecht gebouwd. Klagenfurt zou destijds het centrum van de spoorwegen in Karinthië moeten worden, maar de toenmalige stadsverantwoordelijken van Klagenfurt wezen dit af, zodat vandaag de dag het hoofdstation van Villach deze rol vervult.
