Haslauer GmbH & Co KG St. Peter Stiftskulinarium is een 1-sterrenrestaurant in het Stift Sankt Peter in de oude stad van Salzburg. Het etablissement is sinds het jaar 803 gedocumenteerd. Het restaurant werd in het jaar 803 voor het eerst officieel genoemd door Alkuin van York, een geleerde en adviseur van Karel de Grote. Het wordt aangeduid als het oudste restaurant van Midden-Europa en behoort tot de oudste nog bestaande bedrijven ter wereld.
