De Mariahilf-kapel in het dorp Rinderschinken is een Maria-Hilf gewijde, laatbarokke rooms-katholieke kapel. Het in 1785 gebouwde sacraal gebouw staat onder monumentenzorg.
De Mariahilf-kapel ligt in het dorp Rinderschinken nabij de brug over de Schwarzach, die Rinderschinken met Mariahilf verbindt. De kerk ligt ongeveer 2,5 kilometer ten westen van het dorpscentrum van St. Jakob in Defereggen op een hoogte van ongeveer 1422 m boven zeeniveau.
