Thörl-Maglern is een Oostenrijks dorp in Karinthië en een plaats van de marktgemeente Arnoldstein in de regio Villach-Land. De in het Kanaltal op 634 m hoogte gelegen plaats ligt aan de grens met Italië en heeft ongeveer 700 inwoners.
In het deelgebied Maglern bevindt zich een in 1503 in de gotische stijl gebouwde parochiekerk St. Andreas, waarvan de wand- en plafondfresco's dateren uit het einde van de 15e eeuw. In het koor bevindt zich het "Levende Kruis", een belangrijk werk van Thomas van Villach, een passiecylcus, en het hoogaltaar uit 1613.
