Thörl-Maglern er en østrigsk landsby i Kärnten og en bydel i markedskommunen Arnoldstein i Bezirk Villach-Land. Stedet ligger i Kanaltal på 634 m højde ved grænsen til Italien og har cirka 700 indbyggere.
I bydelen Maglern findes en sognekirke, St. Andreas, bygget i gotisk stil i 1503, hvis væg- og loftsmalerier stammer fra slutningen af det 15. århundrede. I koret findes „Det levende kors“, et vigtigt værk af Thomas von Villach, et passionscyklus og hovedalteret fra året 1613.
