Op de Place de la Pierre werpt een monumentale notenboom zijn schaduw en bij die boom ligt de Pierre d'Août (augustussteen), een enorm blok puddingsteen, door de dorpelingen uitgehakt en in augustus 1982 hierheen gesleept, op de wijze van hun verre voorouders. Het ruime plein, een vroeger kerkhof, is omzoomd door een aantal panden, waarvan enkele zeker de moeite waard zijn.
