Pittoresk gelegen aan een oude Leiebocht staat de monumentale Vlaamse hallenkerk van de Heilige Michiel, Cornelius en Ghislenus. De vroegste delen dateren uit de 13de en 14de eeuw. Vanaf 1642 werd de kerk in verschillende fasen verbouwd. In 1861 werd de torenspits
door een onweer verwoest en hersteld. De kerk én de omgeving met o.a. de oude pastorie zijn sinds 1979 beschermd.
De 40 m lange Muur der Verbeelding van Roger Raveel kan aanzien worden als een drieluik.
