In de marge van Expo 58 was een cowboydorp nagebouwd. Op het terrein van Marly, in Neder-Over-Heembeek, stond een houten dorp met saloon, bureau van de sheriff met gevangenencellen, een kapper, ... Daar werd tijdens de Expo 58 de 'The Far West Show' opgezet voor de bezoekers van de wereldtentoonstelling. Het dorp werd daarna overgeplant naar Tremelo, waar het nog steeds staat. Alleen heeft de tand des tijds toegeslagen en blijft alleen nog de saloon met een typisch Amerikaanse veranda over. Een groot deel van het dorp en archief ging verloren tijdens enkele branden.
