Ze worden bereid met strikt geselecteerde producten die vooral uit de streek afkomstig zijn. De rustieke inrichting en de balkenzoldering van deze volledig gerenoveerde, voormalige kruidenzaak zorgt voor een intieme en knusse sfeer. De zaak is erkend door het Office régional de promotion de l’Agriculture et de l’Horticulture. (Gewestelijke promotiedienst voor land- en tuinbouw).
