Roeselare dat staat gelijk aan Rodenbachstad. Vandaar dat de stad vaak de verwijzing krijgt naar het bier. Roeselare ademt Rodenbach, dat voel en proef je meteen. Het typische roodbruine bier dat alleen nog in de Leiestreek wordt gebrouwen.
Een bezoek aan Rodenbach is niet zomaar een bezoek. Alles verloopt er in een industrieel-archeologische en beschermde site. Het ontvangstcentrum doet dienst als museum van het bijzondere bier en de familie Rodenbach. Onderweg ontdek je de roestvrije stalen brouwketels, de originele moutast, een prachtige authentieke stoomketel, .... Maar bovenal zijn er de indrukwekkende foederzalen waar het dorstlessende Roodbruintje kan rijpen. Sluit af met een lekkere proeverij van de Rodenbachbieren.
