Huisje Mostinckx is een langgevelhoeve in houten stijl- en regelwerk, opgevuld met leem. Tot ver in de 19de eeuw zijn de lemen hoevetjes in het Pajottenland de meest voorkomende behuizing. De naam Pajotten (paillottes) verwijst volgens sommigen zelfs naar het strodak van deze woningen. In 2000 kocht de gemeente Dilbeek het huisje. Na een zorgvuldige restauratie werd de hoeve in 2011 opengesteld voor het grote publiek. Meer info over het huisje en de mogelijkheden om het museum te bezoeken via de "Meer info" link.
