Het Prins-Philippe-stadion is een voetbalstadion in de Belgische gemeente Kelmis in de provincie Luik. Het is het op een na grootste voetbalstadion in de Duitstalige Gemeenschap van België en de thuisbasis van de voetbalclub RFC Union Kelmis.
Het stadion werd begin jaren '90 gebouwd. In 2012 en 2013 werd het voor 685.000 euro uitgebreid met een overdekte zittribune, vier nieuwe kleedkamers en een vergaderruimte. Het project werd voor 60 procent gefinancierd door de Duitstalige Gemeenschap, de rest werd betaald door de club en de gemeente Kelmis. Eveneens in 2013 kreeg het stadion voor 450.000 tot 500.000 euro een kunstgrasveld.
