Le Prinz Philippe Stadium est un stade multi-usage situé sur la commune belge de Kelmis, à Liège. C’est le deuxième plus grand stade de football de la Communauté germanophone de Belgique et le domicile du club de football RFC Union Kelmis.
Le stade a été construit au début des années 1990. En 2012 et 2013, il a été agrandi pour un coût de 685 000 euros et agrandi pour inclure une tribune couverte, quatre nouveaux vestiaires et une salle de réunion. Le projet a été financé à 60% par la Communauté germanophone, le reste a été financé par l’association et la municipalité de Kelmis. Toujours en 2013, le stade a reçu une surface en gazon artificiel pour 450 000 à 500 000 euros.
