De Alexandre Markelbachstraat is een Brusselse straat in de gemeente Schaarbeek die begint aan het kruispunt van de Clayslaan, de Gustave Fussstraat en de Consolatiestraat en eindigt aan de Rogierlaan, langs het kolonel Bremersplein en de grote straat naar het Bois.
De straat is vernoemd naar de Belgische schilder Alexandre Markelbach die in Schaarbeek woonde op de Haechtlaan 129 en vervolgens 155. Hij was van 1879 tot 1890 gemeenteraadslid. De naamgeving van de straat dateert uit 1898.
