Patro Eisden Maasmechelen is een Belgische voetbalclub uit Maasmechelen. De club is aangesloten bij de KBVB met stamnummer 3434 en heeft paars-wit als clubkleuren. Patro Eisden treedt aan in de eerste nationale. Het oude stadion lag langs de Kastanjelaan in Eisden-Tuinwijk en werd bij aanvang van het seizoen in 2002 verlaten. Momenteel speelt de club haar wedstrijden in het nieuwe Gemeentelijke Sportparkstadion tegenover de oude mijngebouwen van Eisden.
