Hoeve-ijs Macarel is nu een ideale stopplaats om te genieten van een lekker ijsje. Bij Macarel werkt het hele gezin mee aan de bereiding en de verkoop van het hoeve-ijs, verrijkt met CLA en Omega 3. Van Pasen tot oktober wordt de tuin omgetoverd tot een sfeervol terras waar passanten kunnen genieten van de lekkere zelfgemaakte producten. Het aanbod is ruim: van hoeve-ijs in 15 verschillende smaken, tot verwenkoffie met zelf bereidde zoetigheden als advocaat, chocolademousse en speculoosmousse. In de hoevewinkel worden ook vlees- en kaasplanken aangeboden met producten van lokale collega-hoeveproducenten.
